BoxPass puts your gym on the map for athletes who are travelling, visiting or between memberships. They book a single class, pay up front, sign your waiver, and turn up. You keep control of your timetable, your prices and who comes through the door.

Every class dated 1 January to 31 March 2027 is yours in full. The standard 70% applies from 1 April. Nothing to opt into: approval before 1 January is all it takes.

Questions gyms ask

Do I have to open every class?

No. You choose which classes are listed and how many BoxPass spaces each one has. Hide any class, or a whole series, with one switch.

What if an athlete cancels?

Athletes can cancel up to 24 hours before the class. Inside 24 hours there's no refund and you keep your share.

When does booking open?

Athletes can book from 26 December for classes from 1 January. Listing now puts you on the map for the launch and inside the Founding Gym Offer.

Can my coaches use it?

Yes. Invite team members with the access they need: attendance, bookings, timetable or waivers.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no minimum term. You can remove your listing at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured or refunded.
